Does Zencare Practice Management Work on My Phone?

Zencare Practice Management has been optimized to work on any device - which means you can log in to your Zencare Practice Management account on your computer, your phone, your tablet, or any device with a web browser and an internet connection!

When you use Zencare Practice Management on your phone, you will be able to complete all of the same tasks you can on your computer; there are no feature limitations! This is great for those who work in the community, or want to work on session notes on a tablet. You can either log on to WiFi or use your phone’s data plan when working remotely.

Zencare Practice Management does not have an app. Because we are a web based practice management solution, you can log on to Zencare Practice Management from your phone's web browser. Just head to your personalized URL in your Safari or Chrome app (depending on the phone you are using) and log in as you normally would. You'll notice that Zencare Practice Management is optimized for your phone, meaning all the same functionality is there but things looks cleaner to make up for the smaller screen size.

The benefit of not using an app is that you do not have to download or update anything because every time you log on to Zencare Practice Management on your computer or your phone, you are seeing the newest version.

Lastly, you can save your URL from your browser to your home screen for easy access that also looks like an app - but still functions the way we intended.
