If your Therapist offers Online Booking with Zencare Practice Management, they will provide access to the Client Portal link to book your own appointments. Getting started is quick and easy; just follow the steps below! Please note you can easily enable High Contrast Mode any time when using the site, which will assist with visibility if needed by changing the colors to black and white:

Signing Up

The first thing you will need to use the Client Portal is an account. Click the “Create Account” button to get started. You will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, and Password to create the account. You can also select which Therapist you wish to book with, if applicable. Once you complete the form, a verification email will be sent to the email address you entered. Once you have created an account, you can use the “Sign In” button to log in anytime.

Booking an Appointment

Now that you are logged in, you will be able to book an appointment in just three steps:

  • Step One: Select the Location you would like, the Service you are looking for, and the Therapist you want to book with. You will then see the available time slots.



  • Step Two: Use the Calendar to select a specific day, then click on your desired time slot. You can also click the “Jump to” button to find the next available day, if you are having trouble finding an opening.



  • Step Three: Click “Book”, confirm the details, and click “Confirm Booking” to complete the process!



Account

In the Account page, you can check your Account Details and Session History, including your next upcoming session. If you notice any incorrect information here, be sure to contact your Therapist to let them know so they can update their records.
