Link Online Booking to Your Website

Your Online Booking calendar is a unique URL, similar to how your Zencare Practice Management account is a unique URL. You will want to include your Online Booking URL on your website so your clients can find your Calendar. This is as easy as copy and pasting!

• Head to Settings > Client Portal.
• Find the Client Portal Links subheading on the right.
• Click once on the Book Now URL. This copies the link to your clipboard.
• Paste this link into your website.

*Don’t see the Client Portal section in Settings? This means you do not have the Client Portal enabled. Online Booking is only available with the Client Portal add-on.
